Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in leading a team

The Regional Head of Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operational activities within their designated region. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, strong operational expertise, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers based out of Muscat with Engg and other support being remote.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

·        Bachelor of Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering
·        Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and leading multidisciplinary teams.
·        Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
·        Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
·        Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience leading a team
·        Experience with various contract models and their specific requirements.
·        Exposure to various water and wastewater technologies and systems
·        Proficiency in project management software and tools.
·        Flexibility to work on regional/remote sites
·        Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the Water industry.
·        Strong leadership and people management skills.
·        Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
·        Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
·        Valid driver’s licence
