Preliminary interview

Telephone / virtual to understand the candidate’s oral communication skills and appearance. We test the candidates’ written and oral communication skills to determine the overall communication and interpersonal skill. Face to face interview to evaluate written communication, presentation skills and to evaluate the ability to handle the specified job.

References and Background Check

In addition to rigorous due diligence of the candidate we also do professional reference check and background verifications to verify past employment history, work ethics, and professional abilities. This helps us to check the credibility of a candidate’s profile.

Personality Evaluation

We evaluate the candidate’s behavior's, motivations, working style, aptitude and overall attitude. It’s an essential evaluation round that helps us determine if the candidate’s personality aligns with the hiring company’s culture and the job role.

Physical & Medical Fitness

Based on the job’s demand, we also take up fitness tests to evaluate physical health. This assessment checks the candidate’s ability to meet the job’s physical demands, ensuring they can perform essential tasks safely and efficiently.

Psychometric Test

Based on the client’s specific request for some exclusive roles, we arrange psychometric test to access candidate’s cognitive abilities, aptitudes, and psychology to get a more holistic understanding of the candidate’s potential fit within the organization.

Oral, Written Communication & Presentation Skills

In the second stage, we test the candidates' written and oral communication skills, alongside evaluating their cover letter, resume, and oral interview assessment to determine the overall communication.
